FROST/NIXON

Just came back from an evening at the Kennedy Center where we saw the play Frost/Nixon (with Stacy Keach as Nixon). Peter Morgan is genius at presentation of events and the motivations that drive how things happen. It was good in that it was really well written, but more than an obvious bias. Great little irony tho... we parked across the street under the actual Watergate building. JC had studied up on the subject all day today and we had trivia questions all day and night on the various facts. That was so interesting! He surprised and our friends with that. And the couple we went with (Jo and Brian) are quite the political buffs and as we drove home we drove past several related landmarks (the building that was the Howard Johnson's where the lookiout was staked during the break-in). Such an interesting town.
